Genuine leathers



Marnelo leathers are all genuine leathers, carefully selected from prestigious tanneries supplying leading luxury brands. They are of exceptional quality, reliability and durability. Their natural pattern makes every Marnelo item unique.



With 25 colours, Marnelo offers one of the largest choice of leathers on the market, allowing thousands of combinations.



Genuine Alligator Leather. The king of exotic leathers, a symbol of prestige, characterized by the unique pattern and size of its scales. The scientific name of the species used is Alligator Mississippiensis.



Genuine Calf Leather. Easy to match with any style, grained calfskin represents timeless elegance. In addition, the inside of all Marnelo cases is made of smooth calfskin.



Genuine Ostrich Leather. Distinctive for its pattern of bumps or vacant quill follicles. Ostrich skin is the quintessence of luxury and eccentricity.



Genuine Python Leather. Unconventional, soft and flexible, it embodies power and self-confidence. The scientific names of the species used are Python Reticulatus and Python Molurus.



Precious metals



Precious metals are used as the ultimate stage of customization, elevating Marnelo accessories to the status of jewelry. They are available in steel 316 which can be plated in yellow gold, rose gold or black. Marnelo custom devices are even more exclusive with their finishes in dark ruthenium or 18-karat gold, with or without diamond setting.



Multilayer carbon fibers



Carbon fibers are eye-catching and reliable material, capable to withstand the harshest conditions. Marnelo custom carbon items are made of multilayer carbon fibers, obtained through hand lay-up process and machined in Marnelo’s atelier. Depending on the customization, they are manually polished to a shiny finish or sanded to a matte finish, giving the surface a unique look and feel.

Timing



All Marnelo items are made to order in Marnelo’s atelier, located in Besançon, France. They are crafted within 5 working days following the order, except customized orders which required up to 7 additional working days.

Orders are then released for shipment and a confirmation email is sent, with a tracking number. Shipment takes on average 1-2 days for EU countries and 2-5 days for non-EU countries.

For non-EU countries, the customs office of the destination country may need additional time for the clearance process, which may delay the delivery. 


Shipping



Shipments are delivered worldwide with DHL Express, in the shortest possible time frame, with real-time tracking.

Shipment takes on average 1-2 days for EU countries and 2-5 days for non-EU countries.

We offer free shipping to our clients, regardless of the destination and the order amount.

Custom duties and taxes are not included and will have to be paid by non-EU customers in accordance with the import country's laws and regulations.


Cancellation, Returns and Refunds

You may cancel your order in the 24 hours following your order. In this case, you will be refunded immediately, on your original payment method.

20-day return policy: You have 20 days after receiving your item to request a return, by sending us an email at service@marnelo.com. Each product is tailor made, so only damaged, defective or incorrect items can be returned.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. In this case, we will either offer you a refund or an exchange, at your convenience, and of course bear the return costs.
